Nick Yeomans, Managing Director

Nick is primarily responsible for the formulation and implementation of the investment strategies of our client funds. He has been with the business for 15 years having joined from Sun Life Properties. He has an Honours degree in Estate Management and qualified as a member of the RICS in 1983. Nick holds an RICS Diploma in Property Investment and is a member of the Investment Property Forum.

Mark Frost, Director

Mark is responsible for implementing the investment strategy together with managing part of the portfolio (North, North West, Midlands and South West). Mark joined the business in 1990, having spent the previous 6 years with NPI as an Investment Surveyor. He has an Honours degree in Geography and a Diploma in Land administration as well as being a member of the RICS.

Steve Corless, Director

Stephen spent 14 years with MNPA where he was a main board executive director. Prior to joining MNPA he spent 12 years with Sun Life Properties Limited where he was a Director and Property Manager. Stephen has an honours degree in Estate Management and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Alex Wilson, Director

Alex Wilson is a former director of Legal and General Property. He was director of Specialist Unit Trusts/Partnerships at L&G Property, which has £13bn of UK real estate under fund management.

John Johnston, Fund Surveyor

John has responsibility for reviewing and implementing the investment policies together with managing part of the portfolio (London, Eastern England and Scotland). He has 20 years experience having joined the business in 2002 following 6 years as Real Estate manager with Fidelity Investments. Before that he was with Municipal Mutual Insurance and Friends' Provident. He is also a member of the RICS.

Jenny Langford, Fund Surveyor

Jenny has an honours degree in Estate Management and is a member of the RICS. She joined the team in 2001 and prior to that has extensive private sector experience as a valuer with Jones Lang LaSalle and P & O Property Management. Her public sector experience includes all aspects of local authority work, at both District and County level, having been a Surveyor for Westminster City Council, Berkshire County Council and Mole Valley District Council.

Kevin Seville, Consultant

Kevin Seville has more than 20 years experience in commercial surveying with particular expertise in property investment management of all types of commercial property. He holds an RAC Diploma in Land Agency and a Post Graduate Diploma in Estate Management and is a Member of the RICS. He is a director of Census Property Investment Management Ltd.
