Sue Martin, Head of Group Resources
Sue has overall responsibility for managing and developing the group’s administrative infrastructure, including personnel, IT, working practices and systems.
Sue is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel with over 20 years experience in HR/Personnel Management and Office Management gained within a diverse range of industries including Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Consultancy, Retail & Trade Sales, Financial, Leisure and Construction. She has a broad HR knowledge coupled with commercial awareness to assist in delivering required results in line with changing business environments. Her experience of office management includes development, design and implementation of systems to meet ISO 9001 requirements.
