Paul Morris, Managing Director

Paul has been running third-party mortgage servicing businesses for the last 15 years. Prior to joining the Wilky Group in 2004 he spent 5 years as Managing Director of Crown Mortgage Management Limited. At Crown he led the business to achieve the first independent ratings from all three major rating agencies.

Before this Paul was the founding Director of Commercial Mortgage Systems Limited (a Skipton Building Society subsidiary) and the former Managing Director of Wilshire's UK Servicing Company (a NASDAQ financial services group). Prior to moving into the servicing industry he spent eight years in direct property lending for Barclays Mercantile & Hill Samuel/UDT Corporate Finance, which followed 10 years general banking with Barclays.

Paul is also a Board Governor for the European Chapter of the Commercial Mortgage Securities Association.

Keith Allingham, Operations Director

An ACIB qualified financial sector manager with 15 years experience in high street bank lending and a further 15 years in dynamic commercial loan environments, where Keith managed a variety of functions. He has 3rd party commercial loan underwriting experience with lenders including Kleinwort Benson, Schroders, Sun Life, Royal & Sun Alliance and the former United Bank of Kuwait.

Initially Associate Director and subsequently Head of Operations at Crown Mortgage Management, he participated in the acquisition of a UK based third party administration company on behalf of a US publicly quoted speciality financial services group. One of the major achievements was obtaining the approval of all 3 Rating Agents and becoming the first 3rd Party Rated Servicer in Europe.

Moved on to head the specialist recovery part of the business.

Steve Twomey, Primary Servicing Director

Steve joined from Crown Mortgage Management where he managed the team for sub-prime start-up Rooftop Mortgages Ltd and was responsible for a loan book of £500m including two securitised portfolios totalling £325m. He was also a key manager in a due diligence project involving 40 staff on a £550m commercial loan portfolio at Crown and previously managed development of IT services and was actively involved in achieving Rating Agency approval for the company to become the first 3rd Party Rated Servicer in Europe.

Prior to this he managed a commercial property portfolio at Wilshire Financial Services UK and he has wide experience in debt recovery.
