Developers Wilky Property Holdings PLC, part of The Wilky Group, have appointed Jason Silvester as Client Project Manager.
Jason, who lives in Guildford, Surrey, will be responsible for planning and co-ordinating the work of design teams, consultants, contractors and specialists working on the Guildford and Farnborough-based company’s development projects, including the new £30m Aldershot Centre For Health.
A holder of the RICS Post-Graduate Diploma in Project Management and Professional Member of the Association for Project Management and Chartered Institute of Building, Jason recently acted as Consultant Project Manager for the design and construction of Arsenal FC’s £10m new training centre. He has also acted as Project Manager and Employer’s Agent on various urban regeneration schemes in and around London, and as a Project Monitor for Funders.
Other key projects that he has been involved in include working on the pre-contract stage of the £10million Epsom Lifestyle Centre, the refurbishment of the Egyptian Galleries at the British Museum, and the extension to Terminal 4 for the Heathrow Express project.
