Wilky Property Holdings have announced the letting of part of the fourth floor of Westmead House, Farnborough to QDM Ltd. The offices have recently been refurbished and comprise approximately 2,700 sq.ft . The accommodation has been let on an annual licence at an inclusive rent of just under £25 per sq.ft.
Westmead House, formerly known as the Sulzer Building, is currently being refurbished and the work to the fourth floor was fast-tracked to allow QDM to take early possession. Peter Richards of retained agents Atkinson Richards said: “This letting is in line with Wilky’s strategy for Westmead House of providing suites between 300 sq.ft. and 7,000 sq.ft. on flexible terms and demonstrates that this formula meets the requirements of local occupiers. We were able to move the tenant into the building within four weeks of agreeing terms.”
QDM is a secured Loan and Mortgage Broker, servicing clients from various sources. Beverley Kinchenton from QDM said: “We were attracted to Westmead House for a number of reasons particularly by Farnborough’s excellent road and rail communications for our staff and clients as well as the flexible office solutions offered in the building. The high quality of refurbishment carried out by Wilky Property Holdings was important to us as it provides an attractive modern office environment for our staff and visitors.
“We have relocated from two buildings in Aldershot and Fleet as part of our business expansion and the ability to complete the legal documents and move in (with a great deal of assistance from the Wilky team) within a matter of weeks has substantially reduced the disruption normally associated with a property move.”
