Our first development, in the 1970s, was the Wilky Group's own head offices. Nearly 80 other projects followed, ranging in value from £2m - £200m.

We specialise in partnerships with public and private sector organisations, where our local knowledge and relationships can be brought into play. Our partner organisations over the years have included county and local authorities, public utilities, health trusts, universities, major construction companies, inward investors, institutional investors, fund managers and property-owning families and trusts.
