A recently consented office development of 145,000sq ft that we are project-managing for the Merchant Navy Officers Pension Fund.

The Lawrence Way Estate comprises ten industrial units constructed in 1978/79 when the fund acquired its interest. The units are arranged in a terrace of four units on the eastern side of Lawrence Way, four on the western side and a double unit at the southern end. In total they provide approximately 87,600 square feet of light industrial/warehouse accommodation on a site of approximately 3.8 acres.

In August 2004 Surrey Heath Borough Council approved the Fund's planning application to redevelop the site subject, to a formal section 106 agreement on highway improvements and other matters.

We propose two linked buildings of four and five storeys, providing approximately 145,000 sq ft gross office accommodation and 384 car parking spaces.
