WLM undertakes:
- Loan origination - Product design, marketing and origination of commercial loans, to include
underwriting, liaison with valuers and solicitors and all aspects up to loan drawdown.
- Primary Servicing - Responsible for the maintenance of performing loan assets and those up to 60 days
(or two payments) in arrears, collection of payments from borrowers' deeds and files management.
Watchlist oversight and annual reviews of loans.
- Special Servicing - Responsible for loan accounts over 60 days (or two payments) in arrears, implementing workout strategies or restoration of accounts to performing status, responsible for enforcement of security where necessary, and minimising the severity of loss.
- Portfolio Reporting and Management - Full financial reconciliation and reporting. Profit and loss account
and full trial balance analysis.
